Nice run this evening, 7 miles from the house over to Hurricane then out to 400 South, all the way out to the west, then back on the highway, to Wendy's, (and yes Sunny picked me up at Wendy's and I had a kids meal with a hamburger and a frosty). (Nimbus 139.5) I gained a few pounds over the weekend, but was 149 this morning, so we'll see what the week brings.
