I live in La Verkin, Utah. My wife, Sunny and I have 3 boys and 1 special little girl
I teach 7th grade Utah History at Hurricane Intermediate School and Driver's Education at Millcreek High School.
4 miles tonight up the La Verkin Twist. First two miles uphill 7:30 average. One mile faster downhill 6:10. Last mile easy back home. Felt good to push the third mile a little.
D you had a great year in running. With a little tweeking you will have even a better year next year. You will have to put up with the Wildbull one more year:(:(.
Nice year of running, Great job!! Dustin you have ran the Ogden Marathon right? Can you give me any tips about it? I am gearing up for it in May? Are you running it this year?
