Did a good 6 mile run this evening, after a busy day. I ran out toward Toquerville. I did 3 miles out then 3 miles back. Going out I hit 23:45, coming back was 23:11. Overall 46:56 average pace was 7:49, which isn't bad considering the rolling hills on this run. Pretty proud of myself I didn't even walk up any of the hills tonight.

Had some ankle pain, I think due to the cold weather. Also my ribs were really bothering me from where I got hit the other day. Really considering giving up basketball, which is hard for me to do.

Good job getting out there and pounding the hills.

Bball is hard on us runners. I have to decline at every church ball invite. That's a injury waiting to happen for me.

Good run!

Great workout, Dustin!
