I teach 7th grade Utah History at Hurricane Intermediate School and Driver's Education at Millcreek High School.
Did 6 miles out past Hurricane Intermediate. Ran out on the road going toward Sand Hollow. Run was around 7:50 pace.
Came home and did the La Verkin Loop with Sunny. Still hot and kind of slow going.
