Did 2.5 mile warm-up then 4x1000m repeats. Three weeks ago I did 5, but I wasn't feeling to great on the third one today, so I only managed 4, but I was still pretty pleased, as the times were quite a bit faster today than a few weeks ago. 1-3:28 New PR
2-3:27 New PR, the 3:28 didn't last long 3-3:32 Hurting here 4-3:38 Didn't try to push it too hard, as my hip was starting to get tight. 1 mile cool-down I'll do some more miles tonight. Right now my running hasn't been going that great, there are lots of other stresses going on right now in my life, but I will continue to try to train and make running enjoyable again.
