Another rough night as Jarren was up again not feeling good. Got out and did 3 easy miles this morning. Still upset I didn't race very good this past weekend.

Great run for me this evening. I got done with driver's ed and I knew I had a birthday party to be at out in Santa Clara, so I decided to run from Millcreek High School basically out to Snow Canyon High School. I figured the route would be around 9 to 10 miles long and I was right it was exactly 10 miles when I got to Sunny's cousin's house. The first four miles were great running along the river trail. The next 6 were more of a challenge as it was a gradual uphill around Dixie Drive and up through Stonebrook to Santa Clara. Overall average was 7:09 with a few miles here and there under 7 min. Anyway, I felt pretty good on the run and ready to start the week. The weather tonight was pretty nice not too hot, not too cool, cloud cover and just a little headwind to deal with.
