Another morning of feeling pain and discomfort when I got up. Rode bike to work again.  Took a longer route on my way home from work.  Don't plan on running any today, see if the hip feels any better tomorrow.

We are meeting at the store Saturday at 5am to run the course. I am planning on doing 20.

Thanks Logan. I won't be there, I'm taking the scouts camping tonight. I don't think I could even manage 5 miles right now. This hip has really been an issue this week.
