Another morning at the gym. Planning on running 10-12 tonight after work. Tough run tonight, I drove up to some trails between La Verkin and Virgin and did a 9 mile loop out through the desert. For part of the run I made it over to Sheep Bridge Road then followed that out to the Quary Trail then ran on that for a bit, then came back. I got back to the highway and picked up the pace a little the last two miles. Overall, nice to see some different country and do a new run, but my legs are feeling a little tired now from the ups and downs of trail running. As the guys in the club know I'm usually not a real big fan of trail running.

Good job getting up and going! No B-Ball today? Ya know, I was really sore after playing B-Ball last week. I was joking with my wife, that I can run 80+ miles a week and feel fine, but play a little church ball and I was hurting to just walk. I think I will try to play more, that way I am not always using the same muscles just running. I am headed to Cali tomorrow, so I won't be at the club run. You guys have fun, well hook-up next week!

What does Dave listen to? I really dont know! His radio in his car doesn't even work, so he rarely listens to anything! you will have to ask him!

Looks like a pretty good little mid-week run- good job! Trails will work different parts of your legs then what you get running roads. See ya at the club run tomorrow... I guess it's at 5.
