After spending most of the morning drilling holes in the sidewalk with a hammer drill so the scouts could put flags out, I was ready for a run and something that didn't require as much labor. I did an easy 2.5 mile warm-up over to Hurricane High School then 3x1 mile @ LT Pace with 400 m recovery which I figured right now would be around 6:00 pace.

1-5:55 This felt pretty easy

2-5:56-This felt a little bit harder, in fact I thought when I got done with this one that is was probably good enough and could be done with my workout, however I knew I had planned to do three, so I should probably attempt at least one more.

3-5:50- Glad I did this one, once I got into it, I started to feel real good, so I picked it up a little.

Did 2.5 mile recovery home. I kind of struggled on the way home, not feeling too good.
