I teach 7th grade Utah History at Hurricane Intermediate School and Driver's Education at Millcreek High School.
60 minutes of basketball this morning. Planning on some miles tonight after driver's ed. Two easy miles with Sunny. I really didn't feel like running tonight, but managed two miles which I guess was better than nothing and it only took 20 minutes.
Glad you are getting into shape. The doctor saud no running until thanks giving. He took xrays and said i had a stress fracture. He said i did not need a walking boot. I am cross training. I am glad you ran Butch cassidy. I like the course.
