I teach 7th grade Utah History at Hurricane Intermediate School and Driver's Education at Millcreek High School.
5 mile run tonight up at Pine Valley. Ran from the cabin, down to a
trail head then up the trail, for .5 then turned around. Body felt
average. I saw 15 deer and 2 bucks, which is what we will be hunting
for tomorrow.
good luck on the hunt and your marathon recovery. hopefully you hip pain will go away. pine valley is a great place. do you have a family cabin up there? have you ever hiked some of the trails that go up to the top of the mountain besides the one that goes up from oak grove?
