5 mile run this afternoon in the heat. I ran over to the library checked out a movie, then ran back home, very hot and windy. Nimbus-160 16 mile bike ride with the boy scouts. This was challenging as it was similar to running with people of different abilities. We had some scouts that were in great shape, had the right kind of bike and cruised right along, then we had a few in the middle, and then we had a few we had to keep stopping and going back for. However, I was pretty pleased with the effort that the scouts made. I know it was a good workout for me. We rode from La Verkin out to Anderson Junction and back.
