I teach 7th grade Utah History at Hurricane Intermediate School and Driver's Education at Millcreek High School.
3 easy miles on the treadmill during the NCAA championship BBALL game, then 2.5 easy on the road after it was over. I didn't have much time tonight, but glad I got a few miles in. (Nimbus 123.5 miles)

What a game! Back to back national champs. Football and basketball. The speed of those player were amazing.
