25 mile bike ride this morning, with the scouts. We went out around Sand Hollow. My legs and butt are really feeling it now. Hope to get in some miles running tonight. We'll see how the day goes.

I am Glad you had a good bike ride. you should count all of those miles as running! You will become so popular on the Blog. Littlw Budda needs a wide seat for that bike.

I want to run the race. But like the race before im am kind of torn between helping steve and running it. How about yourself.
