Break through the 19 then 18 minute mark for 5K

Return to full speed track workouts

USATF Age Group All American times in 200 (24.6), 400 (56.0) and 800 (2:11)

Qualify and run Boston before I hit 50... but after I complete my sprint goals

Easy trail run in the light rain.  All body parts seem fully functional now, two weeks after the marathon effort.  Will take it easy one more week and then ramp things up a bit.

Nice little progression run this morning in one billion percent humidity.  Checking to see if theres any reason to go for sub-24 min in the trail 5K I'm planning to run on Saturday.  Managed to go 8:37, 8:06, 7:28, 6:57 without too much strain, and no lingering tightness in the calves anymore.  I ran 21:04 last year in this hilly little run on a south Georgia plantation - we'll see.
