Nice little progression run this morning in one billion percent humidity. Checking to see if theres any reason to go for sub-24 min in the trail 5K I'm planning to run on Saturday. Managed to go 8:37, 8:06, 7:28, 6:57 without too much strain, and no lingering tightness in the calves anymore. I ran 21:04 last year in this hilly little run on a south Georgia plantation - we'll see.
