USATF Age Group All American times in 200 (24.6), 400 (56.0) and 800 (2:11)
Qualify and run Boston before I hit 50... but after I complete my sprint goals

Long run in the books! Yes, 4 miles is a long run for me right now.
Drizzly evening run on the trails. Cooled things down nicely and didnt drench me like the other day.
Neighborhood run before work - nice coolish morning. Not many of those left for a while I'm sure.
Shoulda waited another hour after work before hitting the trails. Hot steamy run, but its in the books, and likely helped the weightloss effort.
