Break through the 19 then 18 minute mark for 5K

Return to full speed track workouts

USATF Age Group All American times in 200 (24.6), 400 (56.0) and 800 (2:11)

Qualify and run Boston before I hit 50... but after I complete my sprint goals

Nice easy mileage on the trails after work. Would still prefer to run in the morning but at least it's light enough in the evening now if I fail miserably in getting up early enough.

Revine trail and Lake Jackson Loop today after work - bit chilly and dry dry - nose and throat were burning by the end.  Shouldn't complain - it'll be 90 degrees and 90% humidity soon enough.  Still a little soreness in the quads from flying down the bridge at mile 9 on Saturday, but thats about it.

Been pretty sick past couple days and busier at work than I like. Now I'm in Connecticut for a funeral blah. Got out for five very chilly miles amongst the piles of snow and ice - different.
