Another zero, but I have an answer now for what I was thinking was upper hamstring/glute strain or maybe nerve damage. Doc says too much sitting and not enough stretching/strengthening the piriformis muscle. Also said go ahead and restart running easy - wont impact the strengthening routine I need to start. Works for me. Will run 3-4 tomorrow morning for first time in 3 weeks. oh, and I have to quit work so that I dont have to sit at computer 8 hrs a day - or maybe just get a new chair |
