Twenty miles in 3 hrs 4 min - thatll work. Not sure I could have gone another 6 at any pace, but it was up over 80 degrees by the end and I was fried. Hoped to do 22, but bailed out at 20. Three hours on the legs made me happy.

20 is enough. Nice job. It is more about time on your feet - in my opinion and there are diminishing returns if you are out too much longer. When is the race?

Thanks, Bret, I was thinking the same. Sept 8 in Allentown, PA. Hopefully historical temps hold true and it will be low-mid 50s at the start.
