Break through the 19 then 18 minute mark for 5K

USATF Age Group All American times in 200 (24.6), 400 (56.0) and 800 (2:11)

Qualify and run Boston before I hit 50... but after I complete my sprint goals

Back to the track for the 400 this evening - missed the 200 last week while touring colleges with T - bummer.  Did about a mile and a half warmup and some striders and flexibility before toeing the line.  Kinda expected a mid 62 effort so was satisfied with the 61.29 I ran.  The last 50 was quite uncomfortable.  Cooled down for a mile-ish with the dog afterward.  Another fun evening at the track.

I was out of town most of last week and not spending a whole lot of time on this here blog so I missed the Furman trip.

Yep. Furman will suck you in. After my visit I never considered anywhere else. I should have though. You know they are making a big push towards the big time in track and xc right? Lots of money being pumped into the program and they just hired Rob Gary away from Ohio State.

Plenty of financial aid available right?
