| Beautiful day. 57º with a light wind. Not as many people out as I expected on the bike path. I took the river route and enjoyed it. 16 miles with evey 4th at MP (7:40 goal) Splits 7:29, 7:29, 7:25, 7:31. Its my daughters prom night and her friends are over and the girls are getting ready, You can feel the excitement.

| Simply near perfect running weather. 44º at the start and 56º at the end. All kinds of things going on out at the parks and bike bath. Adopt a park was going on so many people were cleaning up. There was a hospital 5/10k going on. I went by when the annouced the winner. I think I could have beaten that time. Maybe I should look into that next year :) :p
Overall nice day. 17 miles with 3 at HMP.

| High 30's/low 40's and rainy for the run. It has been a very hard week at work which usually does not effect me- but this time it did. Today parts of the bike path were flooded which kept the run interesting. Did some every other MP miles on the back end of the run. Some hills kept it tough. Hope everyone has a great Easter!
