| ran a solo turkey trot this morning. warmup 1.71 miles in 16:48 with a few striders at the end.
5K ran in 25:39. It was dark when I started and I went out to fast. at about 0.6 I looked at my watch and the pace was 7:20. I slowed but the damage was done. splits 7:57, 8:16, 8:29, 0:57
