| treadmill run...total time 45:54. 5 miles but the watch said 4.61. splits 9:50, 9:10, 9:06, 9:02, 8:47.

| treadmill run ... watch said 7.32 miles but it never changes the distance nor the pace even when I increase the speed on the treadmill so I start my watch at 0.01 miles and manually take splits at each mile. total time 73:22. splits 9:28, 9:22, 9:14, 9:05, 9:06, 9:14, 9:05, 8:48.
