| treadmill run int he afternoon. at 8 miles the treadmill registered 7.45 miles. total time 74:08. splits 9:38, 9:22, 9:23, 9:14, 9:14, 9:14, 9:05, 8:58. felt good to get some exercise. prefer running outdoors.
