| total time 65:41. plan was easy run. I got up earlier since it is hotter and I wanted to finish the run before 7 am. Ran up tempo the last 0.3 miles. stopped for pebbles in the shoe twice and once for traffic. splits 9:31, 9:21, 9:18, 9:25, 9:25, 9:28, 9:14

| total time 51:33. Plan was a tempo run similar to 3 weeks ago. i struggled a bit and stopped at 4.35 miles for about 1.5 minutes as I wanted to keep the pace going as best as I could. I stopped again for maybe 30 seconds at 5.5 miles. splits 8:44, 8:21, 8:25, 8:33, 8:44, 8:46. HR info is skewed because I had about 10 minutes with the HR data shoing 160's near the beginning of the run. This was not accurate.

| total time 57:29. deliberately slow run as I am beginning to think that my slow runs haven't been slow enough. HR data accurate today and I had 22 minutes with HR <115. average for the entire run was 116. I pushed the last 0.3 miles of the run. splits 9:49, 9:40, 9:39, 9:33, 9:26, 9:12. goal is to improve recovery so the hard days can be more successful.

| total time 55:02. plan was 30 second fartlek every 5 minutes with staedy running in between. splits 9:24, 9:06, 9:04, 9:12, 9:08, 9:08. At 4.3 miles stopped and talked to some friends out for a walk... talked for 5-10 minutes. HR average 120.

| total time 89:52. The goal was sub 90 minutes. The plan was 9:05 pace for the first half and then negative split to go sub 90 mibutes. The first 5 I did in 45:15 and the second half in 44:37 so success!! splits 9:08, 8:56, 9:02, 9:04, 9:04, 9:06, 9:00, 8:55, 8:54, 8:43. pleased with the workout!! average HR 126.
