| total time 52:23. warm-up for first 4 minutes and then started a tempo run. splits 8:56, 8:26, 8:39 (deliberately slowed), 8:28, 8:20, 8:30, 1:04. couldn't have done this much longer but 51:19 through 6 miles is the best run I ahve had in quite some time.
