total time 76:58. initial plan was to run 4 half mile repeats but it was 79 degrees at 5:10 and I adjusted the plan to do 2 half mile repeats. 9:57, 9:26, 9:33, 9:29, 4:04.7, 9:30, 9:39, 11:01 (when I stopped for water I thought the watch was stopped but it was actually running for at least a minute- and probably 1 minute 10 seconds- with me standing still) second half mile was slower at 4:17.6. this is way to aerly to start treadmill running and by Saturday we are supposed to be at 72 degrees.
