It was too soon to do again. warm-up for 1 mile then 8 1 K intervals the 1 mile cool down. splits 9:33, 7:41, 7:39, 7:50, 8:04, 8:20, 9:37. it was 1 second slower than 2 weeks ago but the interval portion was 24 seconds slower than 2 weeks ago. ave HR 130.
