It was 85 degrees at the start of the run at 5:10 am. splits 9:28, 3:34.8, 9:52, 4:55, 3:46.7, 10:18, 5:01, 3:58.7, 5:20. average HR122. I stopped to stretch before each hard half mile. felt pretty good for the first one. the next two, I struggled a bit.
