I deliberately kept it slower for the first 6 miles and I was right at the time I planned through 10. the intent was to run 8:30 pace for the alst 2 miles. it was too hot and wasn't happening. splits 9:34, 9:12, 9:11, 9:09, 9:00, 8:58, 8:45, 8:46, 8:47, 8:45, 9:17, 9:02. I still ran a negative splits with the first 6 miles in 55:05 and they second 6 miles in 53:20
