Lunch-time Run on the tonaquint/dixie ctr loop. First 3 miles is uphill @ 8:20 pace ave, and the rest is pretty much downhill or flat. Ave pace 7:53. Nice day, nice weather!

Those were good times. Great to be friends with you. We need to hook up again if we ever come down to mesa. We have only visited 1 time this last year after cathys dad pasted away a year ago. We are so bad at visiting family. Also, we are running r2r2r next weekend. Are you in?
