AM - Spin class for 50:00 and 17 miles. Very tired and sore... I tried to keep it to just a free spin.

Warm-up: 6x50 Main Set: 3X50 (1:20), 3X100 pull (2:00), 3X200 (4:00), 3 times Cool down: 6X50 ( alternating kicks), 250 free easy
I was swimming my 50's at 40-45 sec, 100's at 1:32ish, and 200' 3:05 to 3:13. I was tired to begin with, but felt I got stronger towards the end of the workout! |
