Ran from snow cyn to worthen park. I still feel tired, but I pushed it. I eally wanted to quit so many times but my friends pulled me along. Splits: 7:24, 7:11, 7:28, 7:05, 6:50, 7:03, 6:54, 7:04, 7:23, 7:15, 7:13(0.5 mile)

Doesnt snow that much there, but the half the canyon is all white rock. It's a beautiful cyn!
