Dropped off my car at the shop and then went for a run around the virgin river trail system. This was an easy run but I had a few fast moments when the horse flys started biting my legs. I killed a lot of those pesky bugs! Not too hot out there and the Jack in the Box happened to be right there at the 10 mile mark. I grabbed two tacos and a diet dr pepper.
