Easy recovery run. Ran the loop out the back side of bloomington to the dixie ctr and ran back on the trail through bloomington. Had a head wind the first 5 miles. The last 4 miles was a push back. I feel good... didn't want to push it after just doing a half ironman. Splits: 8:07, 7:54, 7:58, 7:38, 7:48, 7:47, 7:44, 7:42, 7:37. |
