Biked 20 miles, swam 4000 yds, biked another 13 miles. Swam for 75 min and biked a 19.5 ave. Getting close to IM... I'm ready!!!

Is that her talking in the video or just the running? She is beautiful. I still can not believe that skinny little woman gave birth to 8 kids. She is phenomenal!
That video was great, it actually got me excited to run again and I have been lacking some serious motivation----I am so tired!

I loved everything she said in the video! It was a really GREAT video, I was inspired to actually enjoy running for a day!
OK, this year during the St George Marathon we have got to go to dinner. We will be getting there Thursday late afternoon and leaving Sunday afternoon. Make some time for us if you can!!!

We will definitely meet for dinner!! Also, in our local newspaper tomorrow, cathy and I are spotlighted for an IM article about couples doing the IM together that have children. And since we have 8 kids, they wanted our story. Also, we are highlighted in the IM promo video for ST George IM.

I cant sign, but you can read it on www.thespectrum.com and if they are trying to charge for it, i always go to their facebook page and read the paper for free.

SO, everyone will KNOW you guys are awesome! Seriously, training for an marathon, let alone an Iron Man, when you have 8 kids at home to take care of? Very inspiring! So, this is in Wednesday's paper? What about the spotlight video for the IM? Where can we see that? I saw some stuff on the TV when we were in St George, but I was not really paying attention to what it was---there were kids running and screaming in every direction! All I said was, "WOW! Those athletes are incredible!"

I think todays paper has our article? I should go find a paper. I didn't see anything on-line. The IM promo was wrapping up filming yesterday and they plan to do post race filming too.
