Crossfit "cindy" 10 min amrap of 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, and 15 squats. I completed 8 rounds and an additional set of pull-ups.
Ran 15.5 miles with Craig and Heath tonight on the new St George half marathon course. We pushed a 8:00 average and then at mile 8 they pushed a 7:00 for 3 miles. |
