Speed work. We did 5 1-mile repeats. My splits were 5:26, 5:31, 5:28, 5:32, 5:25. Consistency could have been better but 13 second spread isn't too bad. Coach was only going to have me do 4 but I was feeling really good so I added in the last one. Ice bath was pretty dang cold! Probably didn't help either that we did some lifting this morning. |
