Started the morning with some weight training at 6 am. 10 sets of 2 reps with box squat (exploding up), high jump and broad jump with a 15 lb medicine ball for 5 minutes, ladder speed exercises, and weighted core work. Mileage run after that. We went North along 13th to South Temple and then headed West to 700 East and came back to 17th South and ran Easterly back to the school. My right foot was a bit sore but I managed to get through. We then did 6 strides when we got back. I then spent about 1 hour in the training room. |
