Long run in Park City!  We ran along a path out there out and back.  We went for time since the course wasn't marked. Ty and I went out for 37:30 and then back which made about 10.  The run felt pretty good!  I was a bit worried after yesterday's tempo but I felt fine.  What I did feel though was that my legs were super tired.  No injury pain, just tired muscles.  At about mile 6 and 7 I was really wanting to stop.  We made it back at exactly 1:15 though so we were right on at a 7:30 pace.  Still felt really sick after but it was good.

Did you guys run on the Rail Trail? That is a fun, flat place to run. Nice 10 miler.

I am not sure what it's called. We went along pavement out toward a barn and under the main road. The path then went along the side of a hill and turned to gravel. There were random pieces of art too. We ended up going 5 miles out. By that time we had gone along the main road(heading toward I-80 and turned into a neighborhood. Rail Trail? You tell me :)

Awww, it's kind of by there. I think if you would have kept heading east you would have hit it. The trail goes north and south and then turns into a paved trail. It's part of the PC marathon course.

Oh really? Well I know it was part of the Park City Triathlon they had. Our assistant coach did that and mentioned it to me. Who knows? I liked the trail though. There was a part where we crossed the street and ran next to soccer fields too.
