Just a six miler on the treadmill.  I will using this machine much.

DId some treadmill speed work.  Ran 1.5 miles to warm up and then ran 6x800 at about a 5:30 pace I think.  Quarter miles in between to make for 4 with a 1.5 mile cool down for a solid 7

Went to find the running club this morning.  I was at the gym at 6:30 and I couldn't find anyone.  After a few minutes I saw a couple of older gentleman waiting in the front.  When I saw the flyer for the club I had envisioned a good group of people who long to run more than 2 miles at a time.  Upon seeing this group I thought otherwise.  I went running on my own.

 It wasn't too hot outside but I was still sweating like a beast.  I was also very tired.  I feel like running outside is much more difficult than running on the treadmill.  Maybe because I need adjust the incline on the treadmill.  I was having serious difficulty keeping a 7:50 pace... Lame.

Tempo run today!  I ran 2 miles as a warm up.  I then was only going to go about 3 miles tempo but I felt good after 3 and went one more.  My pace was about 6:10 I believe.  Not too bad. Treadmill but it gets the job done.  DId some leg work after.

Very long boring treadmill run.  Stuck the pace at 7:30 and just chilled.  I had done some leg work and a tempo run yesterday so I kept it more relaxed.  I was studying some boldface procedures and ops limits for IFS.  Didn't seem to help the time go by too quickly though.  I was soaked by the end.  Gross... My shorts (which normally repel water) were soaked. Oh well.. Felt good.
