Today felt a lot better than yesterday I must stay. I ran outside on the path at Hill for 3 miles at just under a 7:30 pace, which is exactly what I was shooting for. My legs felt a lot better than on the treadmill yesterday. Oh and I forgot to add in my blog yesterday that there was a guy next to me on the treadmill walking backwards. Is that normal? Do you see that? After my run I got bike outta the truck and biked the base perimeter twice. This is a really good ride! One lap is about 11 miles (obviously) and it's pretty flat or downhill so I didn't kill myself. The end has about 3 miles of uphill but it's not bad. I will definitely do it again! Before this I had only gone 8.5 miles on that bike at once so I decided to bump it up and see how it went. It was a fun ride! Averaged about 20 mph and got up to 36! YEAHH! I then went and lifted with chest, shoulders and triceps to top it off. I also plan to hike Adam's Canyon with Rebecca "The Rampage" Rampton a little bit later. GoOd DaY! |
