Went to the base gym and swam first. I tried out my new PGTRI swim cap! It was pretty sweet! I did a warm-up of ten laps and then I did some intervals of 8, 6, 4, 2, 4. I was kinda tired but it was good. I then did 3 on the treadmill at about a 7:34 pace. It felt pretty good until the last mile and after I finished. My legs are pretty beat. I think they are just mad at me because they weren't used to racing. After some core work with push ups I departed from thence. |
