Went to the base gym with Rebecca.  I just jumped in the pool and swam for forty laps.  It was kinda boring but good.  I had a know in my back so that wasn't great.

Then we went on a bike ride with my parents around the perimeter road once.  We had to make sure we kept our speed down so we didn't leave them in the dust.  Comparing bikes is like comparing sports cars and semis... It was a fun time :)

Very good comparison. I thought your parents did a fantastic job today! That was getting to be a little long for me too.... jk! We need to do that again up to tempo!

Haha well time-wise it was pretty long, but I am sure they were glad that we didn't just ditch them.
