3.1 miles - 23:02.  Miserable run in miserable rain.  Had planned to do a long run today, but everything was pissing me off.  Weather, clothes, shoes, cars, people..... not a good day for me.  I will try again tomorrow.

My Asic 2140's are starting to feel like running boots instead of sneakers.  I've been doing more running in my Saucony racing flats and my minimalist trail shoes, less feels better for me lately.
