Early in. 1 mile warm up outside.then to the treadmill for 8 miles at M-pace (6:59/mi) on the treadmill. Felt very good and kept HR around 155 throughout, which I think is a good place. I think I am pretty close to qualifying for the Boston Treadmill Marathon, which I don't think is a real thing...(10.07 in 1:12:08)
