First consecutive run.  Took it slow and easy.  Had to because I can still feel it from yesterday's run.  Endurance is still coming back and has a way to go but this is progress.  The knee felt fine, much better than Wednesday.  Started at 7:30 and it was still cool.  I'm liking the cool mornings.

Yah, and I haven't missed a schedule run in two months (woohoo)! I'm not one of you people that have to run even when you have planned a rest day. At 4:30 it's easy to turn off the alarm and go back to sleep. And I can never find time for a weekday run unless it's first thing. I'll have 5 runs schedule and only run 3 of them.
