Another run in the new shoes. I felt great, wonderful in fact, for the first three miles then my ankles started to hurt again. It's not bad, I can run through it, but I don't want to get injured so I stopped every half mile or so after that to stretch. It seemed to work well and I'm hoping that my recovery will be faster. I was hoping that there would be less transition into these shoes but I'll keep plugging away at them. My feet will get there. I love them for the first half of the runs I've had in them so I'm not going to give up. |
