4 1/2 mile repeats all run at 3:45. I was aiming for 3:50 and will continue to do so because I'll start increasing the reps sometime soon. One mile warm up and one mile cool down. My Mizuno Elixers now have over 650 miles on them and still feel good. What's with the 500 mile limit on shoes? People run without shoes! So why should 500 miles be a limit? I suppose if the shoe wears more quickly on one side or the other because of someone's gait it might mess stuff up, but I run pretty neutral so I'm going to see how many miles I can put on these things.
